the story of a murderer nicknamed \Helios\ (Chang Chen) and assistants (Janice Man) who do the theft of uranium to produce a most lethal weapons of mass. Weapons it later will they sell to an organized crime in Hong Kong. On the other hand, Lee Yin Ming (Nick Cheung) and Fan Ka mIng (Shawn Yue) applicants who as police plan to thwart the plan. Both are leading a special team in cooperation with the Hong Kong Police to arrest the group of conmen.
