the princess operator 911 call center Pamela (Mischa Barton), and her husband Jeremy (Luke Goss), a senior police officer, kidnapped and be held hostage, they left despair, with choice but to follow the rules of the kidnappers send message through delivery to all police unit and the fire to spread to the remote location in the whole city where they met with the chaos. Do not know who or why, one thing that they know is if they failed to secretly collaborated with one another ,they will be responsible to facilitate the biggest crime in the history of the city. Now they must race against time to make a choice of their lives to save the city or save their daughter.
