about the Lucifer (Francis Ng) and members gengnya is changing the car view minibus they become police car, besides that they also dressed as police to rob. A police officer named Chui feel a crime when he saw a car minibus owned by Lucifer. Without any command from the police he decided to investigate rival gangs. As they will perform robbery, suddenly the rival gangs are involved in the raw material shoot against the criminals who genuine so that some of them died. Lucifer and his men are angry very wanted revenge, even though they were dressed in the police and only has a toy pistol they determination is round. The Chui decided help must now fight together. At the end of the Chui, Lucifer and gengnya must strive against criminals as well as prove that everyone can become a mighty man.
